Directions and Travel Tips:
- Cell service is unavailable along most stretches of Hwy 1 and on many of the connecting roads.
- Gas stations are scarce once you exit Hwy 101 to head toward the coast. Be sure to fill up along the way.
- Expect a longer-than-expected journey. Hwy 1 is a curvy, two-lane road, as are many of the connecting roads. Enjoy the scenery and use pullouts to let those faster drivers through.
- Avoid (we can’t emphasize this enough) GPS suggestions to take alternative routes such as Mountain View Road, Philo-Greenwood Road and Skaggs Springs Road.
Coming from the South:
Take Hwy 101 to Santa Rosa. Take Exit 494, River Road. Head west approximately
30 miles, through Guerneville and Duncans Mills. Take CA Hwy 1 North. Travel 50
miles through Jenner, Gualala, and Anchor Bay to Point Arena.
Coming from the North:
Option 1: Take Hwy 101 to Willits, then take State Hwy 20 West to Fort Bragg (35
miles). Take CA Hwy 1 South to Point Arena (45 miles).
Option 2: Take Hwy 101 to Ukiah, then take CA 253 West to Booneville (21 miles).
Head northwest on CA-128 W for 29 miles and then turn left on CA Hwy 1 South.
Drive 25 miles through Elk and Manchester to Point Arena.
Once you’ve arrived at the Wildflower, re-charge your vehicle while re-charging
yourself! We offer two Tesla charging stations and eight universally compatible, Flo
CoRe+ Level 2 (240 volts) charging stations.
